Wannita is a well rounded sensory scientist with hands on experiences in descriptive analysis, discriminative testing, quantitative and qualitative consumer tests and shelf life evaluation of food and beverage. Wannita has proficiency in data analysis and excellent skills in sensory statistical program: SPSS, SAS, XLSTAT and MiniTab, as well as skills in Consumer Science and Sensory, and experience in Food Product Development and Innovation. Wannita networks with other universities across the US and Asian region to perform cross cultural study in sensory and consumer field.
